How to ask us to delete your account information and personal data.
Send your request
- Email support@zektrx.com with the subject “Zektrx data deletion request”.
- Tell us the email address on your Zektrx account, your company or workspace, and whether you want account data or specific records deleted. Do not send passwords or identity documents in the first email.
- We will verify the request and coordinate with your company where it controls workforce records. We will tell you what can be deleted and what must be kept.
Data that may be deleted or retained
Account and profile information, support records, and uploaded personal content can be reviewed for deletion. Your employer may need to retain attendance and location records, safety and training evidence, payroll and billing records, or audit trails for contractual or legal reasons. When a record must be retained, we will explain the category and applicable retention period in our response. Zektrx does not apply one universal retention period to every employer workspace.
