What verification means
The record confirms selected activities and evidence recorded through Zektrx, together with the certificate’s issue snapshot and current status.
Transparent by design
Zektrx verification confirms that the organisation uses the Zektrx platform to manage selected compliance, workforce and document-control activities. It does not constitute legal, regulatory, accreditation or third-party certification of the organisation.
The record confirms selected activities and evidence recorded through Zektrx, together with the certificate’s issue snapshot and current status.
It is not legal advice, regulatory approval, accreditation, an audit opinion or a guarantee that an organisation complies with every applicable requirement.
The QR code opens the canonical public record using a long, unpredictable token. Compare the company, certificate number, dates and live status with the PDF.
Active means the record is within its issue period and has not been revoked. Expired means its expiry date passed. Revoked means the issuer withdrew the record.
Scan the QR or search the exact certificate number. Review each evidence summary and request underlying evidence directly from the organisation where necessary.
